Nestled in a quiet, residential, nice neighborhood in the Douglasville-West Georgia area is an exciting new housing concept for seniors 55+. We have a 3-bedroom 2 bath residential home that offers a private and independent lifestyle while sharing the house with other like-minded, mature individuals.
Shared Living Spaces
Common or shared living spaces include a living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, and covered patio, large front porch. Each room has a TV - with cable & Wifi.
The kitchen is fully applianced with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The laundry room includes a washer, and dryer.
Private Living Space
A private space is a full basement with a refrigerator, TV, queen bed- etc. Cable and internet are provided at no extra cost. With utilities included.
Frequently asked questions
Smoking on the premises is outside on the back deck ONLY!
Interior will not be permitted at all times including all but not limited
to (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, etc.)
**No illegal drugs allowed on the premises including marijuana.
Pets are not allowed.
The fee is $275.00 – it’s for any incidentals, damages, cleaning, and security for the home – because
we are not charging the full deposit. The risk fee is non-refundable.
The house uses central heating and air conditioning. Temperature is set at a comfortable degrees in winter and summer seasons.
There are no (land) phone lines in the house. Each tenant would have and pay for their own cell phone and cell phone service.
The house has a Modem to connect to Wifi. A password will be given once moved in.
